Most new homes come with a one year warranty, sadly, many deficiencies don't arise until after the warranty has expired!
We recommend having a new home warranty inspection completed in the 10 - 11 month time frame to come up with a list of defects to present to the home builder. This inspection will also include minor cosmetic defects, such as paint, carpet/flooring, that may not normally be included in a purchase or sale inspection.
